Green Love Delivery ("Green Love," "we," "us," or "our") operates greenlovedelivery.com and provides licensed cannabis delivery in Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Our site and services are for adults 21 and older only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Identity and age verification. Your name, date of birth, and a government-issued photo ID. California law requires us to verify that every customer is 21 or older (or a qualified medical patient 18+ with a valid recommendation) before completing a delivery.
  • Contact and delivery details. Phone number, email address, delivery address, and any delivery instructions you provide.
  • Order information. Products purchased, order history, amounts paid, and payment method details handled by our payment processor.
  • Communications. Messages you send us by text, phone, email, or through forms on the site.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring site, and time spent on the site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to keep your cart, remember your age verification, and understand how the site is used.

2. How we use your information

  • To verify your age and identity as required by California law.
  • To process, prepare, and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
  • To maintain the sales and delivery records that California cannabis regulations require us to keep.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your questions.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, theft, and misuse of our services.
  • To send you marketing messages, but only if you have opted in.
  • To improve our website, product selection, and service.

3. Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, we may send order updates and, separately, promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of marketing texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an order in progress.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to run our business:

  • Delivery drivers and staff, who need your name, address, and order details to complete your delivery.
  • Service providers such as our website host, payment processor, point-of-sale system, and state-mandated track-and-trace system.
  • Regulators and law enforcement, when required by California cannabis law, a subpoena, court order, or other legal obligation.

5. How long we keep information

California cannabis regulations require licensed operators to retain sales, delivery, and age-verification records for a minimum period — generally seven years. We keep records for at least that long, and delete or de-identify other information when it is no longer needed.

6. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it.
  • Request a copy of that information.
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to the record-retention rules described above.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
