Why the price you see is the price you pay

Most Valley delivery menus quote a pre-tax number and then add excise tax, sales tax and sometimes a delivery or service fee at the door. A $40 cart becomes $52 and the customer finds out when the driver is already standing there.

We do not do that. The number on the product page is the number you hand the driver. It already contains California excise tax and Los Angeles County sales tax. Delivery is free. There is no minimum-order fee, no fuel surcharge and no tip expectation built into the total. If you want to tip the driver that is between you and them.

No app, no account, no checkout queue. A person answers. Tell us what you are after, or ask and we will tell you what is actually in stock today.

2. Send your ID and address

A photo of your government-issued ID showing 21 or older, plus the address and a gate code if you have one.

3. We confirm the total and an honest ETA

You get a real number and a real window before anyone sets off — not an optimistic one. If we are backed up we say so.

4. The driver arrives

Our own driver in an unmarked car, not a third-party courier. Cash, Zelle, Venmo or CashApp. ID checked at the door.

San Fernando Valley delivery questions

What is the minimum order in the San Fernando Valley?
It depends where you are. In the City of San Fernando, Mission Hills and Pacoima the minimum is $25. Everywhere else we deliver in the Valley it is $50. Delivery is free either way and the price you are quoted already includes tax.
How long does delivery take?
About 30 minutes to San Fernando, Mission Hills and Pacoima, because we are based at 11378 El Dorado Ave in the City of San Fernando. For the rest of the Valley the window is 30 to 45 minutes once the order is confirmed.
Is tax included in the prices I see?
Yes. Every price on the menu is the amount you hand the driver. Excise and sales tax are already in it. There is no delivery fee and no service fee.
Do you charge for delivery?
No. Delivery is free on every order that meets the minimum for your area.
What do I need to have ready?
A government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older, and the address. If you are in a gated building, have the gate code or meet the driver at the entrance.
How do I order?
Call or text 818-739-9191. Tell us what you want, or send a photo of your ID and your address and we will walk you through the menu. There is no app and no account to create.
What payment do you take?
Cash, Zelle, Venmo or CashApp. Our drivers do not carry card readers.
Can I order to a hotel or an apartment?
Yes. Hotels, apartments, condos and gated communities are all fine. Meet the driver in the lobby or at the gate with your ID.
Do you deliver medical and recreational?
Recreational. Anyone 21 or older with a valid photo ID can order. No medical card is needed.
What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday, 10am to 9:45pm. Sunday, 10am to 7:45pm. Orders placed near closing may be scheduled for the next day depending on where you are — text us and we will tell you straight.

The City of San Fernando, at 11378 El Dorado Ave, 91340. That is the north-east corner of the Valley, which is why San Fernando, Mission Hills and Pacoima get the shortest window and the lowest minimum.
