These Terms of Service govern your use of greenlovedelivery.com and any order you place with Green Love Delivery ("Green Love," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Age requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to browse this site, place an order, or receive a delivery. Qualified medical patients aged 18 or older may order with a valid physician's recommendation and a state-issued medical marijuana identification card.

By entering this site you confirm that you meet these requirements. Misrepresenting your age is a violation of these terms and of California law.

2. Identification at delivery

Every delivery requires a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID presented in person by the person named on the order. Our driver will verify your ID and age at the door.

We will refuse and cancel a delivery, without refund of any delivery fee, if:

  • No valid ID is presented, or the ID does not match the order.
  • The recipient is under 21 (or under 18 without a valid medical recommendation).
  • The recipient appears intoxicated or impaired.
  • The delivery address is unsafe, inaccessible, or on federal land, school grounds, or another location where cannabis delivery is prohibited.

Cannabis may not be handed to anyone other than the verified customer. We cannot leave orders at the door, with a neighbor, or in a vehicle.

3. Delivery area and times

We deliver within our published service area in Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, order volume, and staffing can affect timing.

Our hours are Monday–Saturday 10:00am–9:45pm and Sunday 10:00am–7:45pm. Orders placed outside these hours are queued for the next business day.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable state and local cannabis taxes, which are added at checkout or at delivery.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to substitute or adjust your order.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by an obvious error.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities in accordance with California's daily purchase limits.
  • Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be completed at or before delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

Because cannabis is a regulated consumable product, all sales are final once a delivery is accepted. California law prohibits us from reselling returned product.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or credit. Defective vape hardware may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty process.

6. Health and safety

WARNING: Cannabis smoke and Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) are known to the State of California to cause cancer and reproductive harm.

  • Cannabis products have intoxicating effects and may be habit forming.
  • Do not drive or operate machinery under the influence of cannabis.
  • The effects of edibles may be delayed by up to two hours.
  • Keep all cannabis products out of the reach of children and pets.
  • Cannabis may impair concentration, coordination, and judgment.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, consult a physician before use.

These products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell any product purchased from us, transfer it to anyone under 21, transport it across state lines, or use this site for any unlawful purpose. Cannabis remains illegal under federal law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Green Love Delivery or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
