Porter Ranch delivery, in practice

The 118 runs along the southern edge and the Tampa and Porter Ranch Drive ramps are the pinch points at rush hour. We come across from the east through Granada Hills rather than up the 405, which avoids the worst of it.

The habit that makes the biggest difference is sending your unit number and any gate code with the order. It saves more time than any route we could pick, and it is the gap between the fast end of our window and the slow end more often than traffic is.

Why the price you see is the price you pay

Most cannabis menus in Los Angeles quote you a number and then add excise and sales tax at the door. On a $60 order that can be another ten or twelve dollars you were not expecting, handed over on your doorstep with no warning.

We do not do that. Every price on our menu already includes tax. Delivery is free above the $50 minimum for Porter Ranch. There is no service fee and no distance charge. If the menu says $35, you hand over $35.

It is worth comparing like for like when you shop around. A menu that looks a few dollars cheaper than ours usually is not, once the tax lands.

Do you deliver inside gated communities in Porter Ranch?
Yes. Send the gate code or the call-box name with your order and your driver will come to your door. If the community does not allow it, we will meet you at the gate.

Is there a delivery fee?
No. Delivery is free on every order at or above the minimum for your area. No distance charge, no service fee, no surprise line item.
Do I need a medical card?
No. You need to be 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. That is the only requirement.
Which ID do you accept?
Any valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID — a driver's licence, a state ID or a passport. It has to be the original document, not a photo of one.
How do I pay?
Cash, Zelle, Venmo or CashApp at the door. We do not carry card readers.
How do I know what is in stock?
The menu updates as stock moves, so what you see is close to live. Text us before you order if you want something confirmed — a person answers, usually within a few minutes.
Do you deliver to apartments and gated buildings?
Yes. Send the unit number and any entry code with your order and meet your driver at the door or in the lobby with your ID. It usually takes several minutes off the wait.
Can I order for someone else?
The person receiving the order has to be 21 or older and show their own ID at the door, whoever placed it. We cannot hand an order to anyone who cannot do that.
What if I am not home when the driver arrives?
Text us as soon as you know. We can usually adjust the drop or come back later in the same run. We cannot leave cannabis at a door, with a neighbour or in a lobby — an adult with ID has to take it in person.
What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday, 10am to 9:45pm. Sunday, 10am to 7:45pm. Last orders go in a little before closing so the driver can finish the run.
Is delivery discreet?
